Books and music

A shop and mail order service selling books, pamphlets, posters, music CDs, and jewellery is operated by the New Zealand Bahá'í Distribution Service (BDS).

Two recent publications in Māori are also available from BDS: Ngā Kupu Huna a Bahá’u’lláh (The Hidden Words of Bahá’u’lláh) and Bahá’u’lláh Me Te Wā Hōu (Bahá’u’lláh and the New Era).  Bahá’í prayers and writings are also available in other Pacific languages, including Tongan, Samoan and Cook Island Māori.

The BDS bookshop at the Bahá'í National Centre is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively you may  contact the Bahá'í National Office to place an order directly.

In addition, for those who enjoy paperless reading, 85 (and growing) Baha’i eBook publications can be accessed, completely free, in both ePub (iPad, iPhone, Android suitable) and Mobi (Kindle suitable) formats.  New books and publications are being added all the time – you can get notified by following the site via Facebook, email subscription, Twitter or RSS. Visit Bahá'í eBooks Publications to download free Bahá'í eBooks.
